Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Conditions for Exchange

Products can only be exchanged if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The size received is different from the ordered size.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges on:

• Sale or discounted items
• Worn, washed, or used products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

Return Policy

Currently, Maraak does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. However, refunds may be considered only in cases where:

• The item delivered is completely incorrect
• The product is damaged beyond use
• The ordered item is out of stock after payment

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

To request an exchange:

2. Share your:
   • Order number
   • Clear pictures/video of the product
   • Reason for exchange
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Charges

• Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the mistake is from Maraak’s side.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
